in my merchandising, planning, and control course taken during the fall 2023 semester, we were tasked with developing a spring/summer 2024 buying plan for the retailer of our choice. in collaboration with a group of 4 peers, we developed a buying plan for tjmaxx, a popular off-price retailer in our region. For this project, we developed a company analysis, aswell as a buying plan, pricing plan, and additional figures to support or merchandising plan for the upcoming season.
